Czy da sie założyć serwer?

Najpierw trochę wstępu:
Jestem studentem AGH w Krakowie (podaje ta informację gdyż może ułatwi ona porozumienie się) i posiadam 3 konta internetowe po 350MB!.
Polega to wszystko na tym że mam loginy i hasła do tych kont oraz za pomocą programu WinSCP łącze się z tymi kontami i moge na te konta wysyłać dane, pliki które później inni użytkownicy internetu mogą ściągać (jest to coś jakby własna strona intenetowa). I stąd moje pytanie czy na tych kontach moge postawic serwer do gry w operation flashpoint?
