MFCTI pytanko

CRCTI wydaje się trudne w obsłudze, w realu jest całkiem proste. Ale dwóch rzeczy nie łapie:
1. Dlaczego tylko oficer może budować i w zasadzie tylko nim da się grać?
2. http://mfcti.sourceforge.net/MFCTIImages/LoadoutMenu1.15.jpg
ten screen. Jedyne czego nie nie umiem obsłużyć to ekwipunek. mam polską wersję, ale i tak nie łapie
Tak wmiarę można mi to opisać, bo uzbroić umię tylko siebie.

Czytałem instrukcje, jednak jest w engliszu więc nie wszystko zrozumiałem.

6. tylko oficer moze budowac, zeby byl porzadek
7. nie tylko oficerem da sie grac - w cti niektorzy graja w wiecej niz 1 osobę, poza tym dowodca ma podpiete skrypty dowodzenia, wiec potrafi sam budowac itd

A czy jak dam swoim kasę, to oni stawiają własne baraki czy budują w moich, czy też tylko ja moge im budować, bo w instrukcji pisało, że mogą sami robić ludzi.
Pozatym co zależy od tego, że moje miasto jest przeze mnie okupowane, wynosze stamtąd ludzi pojawia się:
